Ubique Asset Management Pty Ltd (Ubique) was issued an Australian Financial Services License from the Australian Securities and Investment Commission on the 18th of November 2011, and is authorised to provide financial services to wholesale clients only (as as set out in section 761G(7) of the Corporations Act 2001) .

Individuals seeking to invest $500,000 or more are able to apply for units in the Ubique Australian Share Fund Trust by completing the Application Form contained in the Ubique Australian Share Fund Information Memorandum dated 29 February 2012 (Ubique ASF IM).
